Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data (email, name, password hash), product data you provide through the wizard, generated content we produce on your behalf, payment metadata from Stripe (not card numbers), and telemetry like landing-page views and email delivery events.

How we use it

To operate Framvio: generate your content, send your buyer emails, render your landing pages, and surface your stats. We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate copy; your product details may be sent to Claude as part of those generations.

Who we share it with

Our processors only: Supabase (hosting + database), Anthropic (AI generation), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email). We don't sell your data.

Where it lives

Your data is stored in Supabase (Postgres, encrypted at rest). Buyer files in Supabase Storage are private — accessed only via signed URLs after a verified Stripe purchase.

Your rights

Request export or deletion at any time from Settings. Right-to-be-forgotten requests are honored within 30 days per GDPR. We never sell your data — you can opt out of any non-essential email from any account settings page.

Cookies

We use a session cookie (Supabase Auth) and an active-workspace cookie (HMAC-signed). No third-party analytics. No advertising cookies.

Children

Framvio isn't for anyone under 16.
